These terms govern your use of AdStance, operated by Gateway Management OÜ (registry code 14988050, VAT EE102685103, registered at Kaupmehe tn 6-17, Tallinn, 10114, Estonia). By paying for and using a report, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary written to actually be read, not a template — if you need a specific legal question answered, contact kristjan@gatewaymgmt.ee or your own counsel.

1. What you're buying

A single competitive ad intelligence report, generated once, based on the company, market, competitors, platforms, and tier you select at checkout. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel, and nothing renews automatically.

2. Payment

Prices are shown before tax; applicable tax is calculated and added by Stripe at checkout based on your location. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details. Your report starts processing once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery, failures, and retries

Most reports finish in under 30 minutes, though this can vary with how many competitors and platforms you selected. If a run fails partway through, you can retry it from your dashboard at no extra charge — it resumes as the same paid run, not a new purchase. If you'd rather not retry, or something in the finished report is clearly wrong, contact us and we'll sort out a refund by hand; we don't currently have a self-serve refund flow.

4. What the report is — and isn't

The report is generated by an AI pipeline that researches competitors, checks Meta's and Google's public ad libraries for currently-active ads, and writes up findings and recommendations. It is delivered as-is, without a human manually reviewing each one before delivery. It is a research aid, not:

• Legal advice, or a formal legal compliance review — the regulatory and platform-policy notes in a report are for reference only.
• A guarantee that any advertising strategy will succeed, or that any competitor's ad activity will remain unchanged after your report is delivered — ad libraries reflect only what was live at the moment we looked.
• A guarantee of completeness — see how it works for what the underlying data sources can and can't show.

If a claim or decision genuinely matters to your business, confirm it independently or with a qualified professional before acting on it.

5. Your account

You log in via a one-time email link rather than a password. Keep access to your email address secure — anyone who can receive your login link can access your dashboard and past reports. Revisions to a delivered report aren't included automatically; if something looks wrong, contact us and we'll figure out the right fix.

6. Ownership and use of your report

Once delivered, the report is yours to use for your own business purposes, including the ad copy and creative prompts it contains. We don't claim ownership over what you do with it. We do retain the underlying data and a copy of the report to operate your account and, in anonymized or aggregate form, to improve the service.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use this service to research or target private individuals, to submit content you don't have the right to submit, or to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the underlying systems. We can suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Gateway Management OÜ's total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost advertising spend, lost revenue, or business decisions made based on a report's contents.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you've accepted the update.
